To purchase a home with Proud Ground you generally must work with one of the lenders on this list. These lender partners are familiar with our program, have approved all of the required documentation, and can offer many different mortgage programs with competitive interest rates.
Note:
The banks will have their own application. You are still responsible to provide documentation both to the lenders and to us, as well as complete the application process with Proud Ground in order to be considered for any home buying opportunity offered by our program.
