The following maximum affordable price points can be used as a guide to estimate project fit.
These price points are the affordable prices, not including any subsidy for the project.

For fee simple:

1 BR – $235,000
2 BR – $267,500
3 BR – $300,000
4 BR – $325,500

For condos:

Studio – $164,000
1 BR – $192,500
2 BR – $221,000
3 BR – $249,500
4 BR – $271,000

*Final maximum sales price cannot exceed 77% of the fee simple appraised value of the property, regardless of the numbers listed above. For example, if you are developing a 3 bedroom condo with an estimated appraised value of $250,000, the maximum sales price Proud Ground could agree to is $192,500.
