Are you looking to buy a home that is not a Proud Ground property? Or maybe you already own a home that is not a Proud Ground property, and you need help paying for a maintenance project? Proud Ground works with the affordable housing programs of cities in Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas, and Clark counties to administer financial grantsdown payment assistance for folks like you.
Each grant has its own qualifications for applicants. Certain grants may be used to help make the downpayment on a house. Other grants may be used to pay maintenance costs.Down payment assistance may be used to help you purchase an existing home on the open market.
