Program Eligibility


  • First-time homebuyer. (You haven’t owned a home or been on a title within the past three years.)

  • Permanent resident or citizen of the United States. OR have a valid work visa or ITIN.

  • Credit score above 620.

  • Minimum household income of $35,000.

  • Stable employment for a minimum of two years or self-employed.

  • No bankruptcies within the last four years.

  • At least $3,000 in savings.
