Home Repair IDA (Matched Savings Account)
Proud Ground has a limited number of slots available for this matched savings program. This program can take up to three years to complete. To learn more, please contact info@proudground.org.Home Equity Loans
A few lenders on Proud Ground's Approved Lender list offer home equity lines or credit or loan. If you choose this option, you will need to get approval for the new loan. Please contact homeowners@proudground.org if you would like to pursue this.
