Biography:
Martha joined the Proud Ground team in 2023 to help expand our outreach initiatives with a focus on reaching the BIPOC community. She has worked with families in both the nonprofit and private sectors for more than 25 years, ensuring people get connected to needed services. In addition to her extensive experience, Martha obtained Non-profit Management Certification from Portland State University.
