Biography:

Roserria celebrated her one-year anniversary with Proud Ground in September 2024. As Homeownership Programs Director, she works in partnership with the Associate Director and all staff to achieve strategic goals that ensure high quality customer service for both homebuyers and homeowners, including homebuyer education counseling, home purchases, and community outreach. Roserria came to Proud Ground with more than 25 years of nonprofit experience with a focus on affordable housing, economic opportunities, and educational tools to strengthen communities and underserved populations. Her experience includes positions at Hacienda, Oregon Housing and Community Services Department, United Way of Columbia-Willamette, Portland Housing Center, and Habitat for Humanity. Roserria holds a Master of Public Administration, Political Science, and Government from Lewis & Clark College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Portland State University.
