Participants will engage in educational sessions designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of Proud Ground and the process of buying a home through our Community Land Trust model. They will explore the unique benefits of homeownership within our framework, including affordability strategies and long-term community investment. Through interactive workshops, discussions with experienced housing advocates, and personal testimonials from previous buyers, participants will gain insights into how Proud Ground works to facilitate access to homeownership, particularly for BIPOC communities.
