About This Class

As step two to Get Started with Proud Ground, you must register and attend one virtual information session.

These educational sessions will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of Proud Ground and the process of buying a home through our Community Land Trust model. You will explore the unique benefits of buying a home within our framework. You will also learn how process may be different than buying a home from a traditional real estate broker.

Our staff members will also walk you through the steps to buying a home with us.
