About This Class

Homebuyers are required to complete an 8-hour homebuyer education class prior to closing on a home.

You may take this class through one of our partners or Framework.

This class is designed to provide first-time buyers with knowledge and resources to help them understand the home buying process. Participants will learn about budgeting, credit scores, mortgage choices, home inspections, and making informed choices about their homes.
